Exchange & Returns:

We do not have a general return option, but for customer support, we allow a return policy in cases where a product is damaged. Urbanedge Jackets will cover the shipment charges in such cases. However, for exchanges without any product damage, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.

In case of receiving damaged products, customers may raise complaints within one week of delivery.

Shipment Positions:

DHL, FedEx, or SKYNET are globally recognized courier services that we utilize for processing orders from our Urbanedge Jackets store.

We aim to ship products within 5–7 days, but delays may occur due to issues such as location, customs, or tracking system errors.

Important Guidelines:

Please review our size chart carefully and notify us via email or the eBay messaging system to ensure all your modifications are communicated correctly.

An extra $30 will be charged for size variations such as XXL. Slight color differences between the product image and the actual item may occur due to brightness, pure/synthetic leather material, camera quality, and lighting effects.

For customers in Russia, shipping is only valid in the areas of SAINT PETERSBURG and MOSCOW. If an incorrect size is ordered, Urbanedge Jackets will not be responsible. Therefore, please double-check your size and make sure your dimensions are accurate.

Urbanedge Jackets provides a sizing guide based on both UK and US standards with no misleading details.

Payment Methods:

Urbanedge Jackets recommends using the most widely accepted international payment methods.

If you wish to use a different payment method, please consult us before placing your order. We will assist you accordingly.

Note: If you cancel an order after 24 hours, 25% of the total payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
