Order Cancellation
We begin processing your order immediately after payment confirmation to maintain our shipping standards and avoid delays.
However, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

Our team may ask for a reason for cancellation. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a smooth process.
If you cancel your order after 48 hours, you will receive a 65% refund. The remaining 35% covers production costs, as all orders are made-to-order and cannot be reused.
Return, Refund, and Exchange
You may submit a return, refund, or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accommodate any requests.
